We offer our Participation Cooking Classes once every other month, always on a Monday evening. Class

begins promptly at 5 pm, and all class members participate

with our Chef team of Chris

and Mike in preparing the complete menu.  

At the conclusion of the class all participants and the Chef staff sit down to enjoy their creations. Local wines are included as an accompaniment to the dinner. 

Guests are welcome to join the "Cooks" for the dinner.  Guests are asked to arrive at 7 pm.

 

 

Classes includes recipes, loner Chef Coat & Toque.

85.00 per Cook arriving at 5 pm

35.00 for guests of our Cooks arriving at

 7 pm for the “cooks dinner” with wines!

Please join Executive Chef Chris Smith on September 15th

when you will not only prepare this menu

but then sit down with your guests to enjoy dinner,

accompanied with Alsatian style wine.   

Cooks Class starts at 5:00pm. Wear comfortable attire.

Guests arrive at 7:00pm to join their Cooks for dinner.
